Tottenham Hotspur will sell Harry Kane this summer unless new contract signed

Tottenham Hotspur will have to sell Harry Kane this summer unless the forward signs a new contract at the club, according to The Telegraph

This is music to Bayern Munich’s ears. The Bundesliga club have had two bids rejected from Spurs for the England captain. However, Kane has given Bayern his word that he wishes to join them and won’t sign a new deal with Spurs.

Spurs owner, Joe Lewis, has informed Daniel Levy that he must sell the forward this transfer window if a new deal can’t be reached. Simply put, Lewis isn’t prepared to see the club’s biggest star leave for free in 2024 and would rather cash in for approximately £100m.

With this news, it’s likely that Bayern will come in with a third bid that could reach over the €100m mark. Should this happen, Daniel Levy may feel obliged to accept and follow orders from the club’s owner.
