RB Leipzig’s Tom Krauß faces interest from the Bundesliga and Premier League

RB Leipzig midfielder Tom Krauß faces interest from clubs in the Bundesliga and the Premier League, Florian Plettenberg reports.

The German U21 international spent the season on loan with Schalke 04 but will return to his parent club following S04’s relegation. Krauß was open to staying with the royal blues but only if the club could avoid the drop zone.

Now back in Leipzig, Krauß is looking for his next opportunity on a permanent deal away from Saxony.

Mainz 05 have reportedly held a meeting with Tom Krauß and are keen on signing the youngster. However the 05ers face competition from fellow Bundesliga sides and teams aboard.

Other clubs interested in Krauß include Borussia Mönchengladbach and Premier League side Everton.

Leipzig value the midfielder between €5m-€7m. Open to offers, Leipzig are willing to see what the clubs propose. The likelihood is that Krauß will leave this summer. The question remains, where?
