Randal Kolo Muani: “I’d like to stay in the Bundesliga.”

Speaking exclusively to Sky Germany, Eintracht Frankfurt’s Randal Kolo Muani discussed his career plan and although there’s no set timeline, the Frenchman would like to remain in the Bundesliga.

“If I can stay with Eintracht a little longer, then I’ll stay here,” said Kolo Muani. “But I don’t have a plan. If it works, then I’d like to stay in the Bundesliga.” But when asked if he will be at the Hessen club last season, the Frenchman left his answer open: “I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow or in the next few days. I can’t answer that now.”

Kolo Muani has scored five and created 10 goals in the Bundesliga this season, which earned him a place in Didier Deschamps’ World Cup squad following the injury to Christopher Nkunku. Kolo Muani put in an impressive cameo against Argentina in the World Cup final, but his heroics only resulted in a runners-up medal.

Eintracht head coach Oliver Glasner praised Kolo Muani’s personality following his World Cup appearance, stating that the Frenchman is much “louder” in training sessions, and has improved on his “self-confidence and self-image.”

Currently in Dubai as Eintracht Frankfurt prepare for the resumption of the Bundesliga, Kolo Muani scored a brace against RB Leipzig in a behind-closed-doors friendly.

Eintracht are currently fourth, and just seven points behind leaders Bayern Munich.
