As reported via Florian Plettenberg, PSG are firmly back in the race to sign Eintracht Frankfurt forward Randal Kolo Muani.
There are now concrete talks between all parties regarding a possible move for Frankfurt’s star striker. However, the French champions are still yet to make an official offer for the 24-year-old.
The Parisians are working on establishing a verbal agreement with Kolo Muani regarding personal terms before they approach Die Adler with a formal bid. Eintracht sporting director Markus Krösche has always made it clear that he would demand upwards of €100m Euros for Kolo Muani’s services.
Nevertheless, a move to PSG would be dependent on the future of Kylian Mbappé, who is currently in the process of finding a route out of the French capital. If a move does materialise then Kolo Muani would be PSG’s ideal replacement – with them having a far greater chance of signing the Frenchman over other European sides such as Tottenham.
The sale of Kolo Muani would be significantly lucrative to the Eagles – especially considering they signed the 24-year-old last summer on a free transfer. They are on the search for an eventual successor, however, they remain confident in keeping Kolo Muani in the Bundesliga for one more season.
