Liverpool interested in Ryan Gravenberch

Sport1 reports that Liverpool are interested in Bayern Munich’s Ryan Gravenberch and are monitoring his current situation as they look to rejuvenate their midfield in the summer.

Liverpool had previously enquired about Gravenberch to his entourage, but Bayern do not intend to sell the 20-year-old. However, Gravenberch has had less game time than he would have liked in his six months in Munich and if this continues he will have second thoughts on his future.

The 20-year-old joined Bayern in the summer from Ajax for €18.50m but has struggled to establish himself behind the likes of Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka. The midfielder has a contract at Bayern until 2027. Gravenberch made his first start for Bayern in the league last weekend in their 3-2 loss to Borussia Mönchengladbach but he was pulled off at half-time.

Liverpool hopes to add another midfielder along with Jude Bellingham who they continue to pursue and hope of signing.
