Eintracht Frankfurt in neogotiations with Viktoria Plzeň’s Rafiu Durosinmi

As reported by Sky Germany, Eintracht Frankfurt are in negotiations with Rafiu Durosinmi from Viktoria Plzeň. After selling Randal Kolo Muani last summer to PSG, Frankfurt look set to find their replacement in the winter.

Durosinmi has held initial discussions with The Eagles, which have gone well. Both clubs are now discussing a potential transfer fee.

The 20-year-old Nigerian was in fine form for the Czech side this season before tearing his knee ligament. However, Frankfurt expect the forward to be fit again by the time the January transfer window opens.

It’s believed that the Plzeň frontman will cost up to €10m, a fee that Frankfurt can easily afford thanks to the fee gathered from Kolo Munai.

Standing at 1.92m tall, the striker is known for his aerial ability and strength, but also his pace with the ball. Durosinmi could be the all-around forward that Frankfurt are seeking.

However, Frankfurt are expected to face competition from fellow Bundesliga rivals VfL Wolfsburg. However, it appears that Frankfurt are leading the race.
