Borussia Dortmund players turning against Edin Terzic

Multiple reports suggest that a large group of players are turning against Borussia Dortmund’s manager Edin Terzic and a coup from the players could arise.

Sky Germany reports that a large group of players are against Terzic as a manager. They think he is a great person but he does not help the team when it comes to training and tactics, such as a lack of pressing in training. Previously, it was reported that Terzic only changed tactics when he was asked to be a group of players. It is reported by Bild, that Marco Reus is one of the leading figures behind the coup.

After Dortmund’s 1-1 draw with Mainz ahead of the winter break, Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke and sporting director Sebastian Kehl stayed at the Westfahlenstadion until 0:20 am local time analysing the first half of the season.

The analysis does not go in Terzic’s favour as despite qualifying out of a tough Champions League group, Dortmund have underwhelmed in the league playing terrible football, were convincingly knocked out of the DFB Pokal by VfB Stuttgart and now this revolt from the players does not put the odds in Terzic’s favour of being manager of Dortmund in the new year.
