Bayern Munich willing to pay €60m for Randal Kolo Muani

According to Bild, Bayern Munich are willing to pay €60m plus add-ons for Eintracht Frankfurt striker Randal Kolo Muani.

There is currently a €60m difference between what Bayern are willing to pay and what Frankfurt want. It is reported that Frankfurt wants close to €120m for the 24-year-old.

It is likely that negotiations will see the two parties potentially meet in the middle. Bayern have not excluded going over the €100m mark for a player but they hope they can bring the price down. Their current record transfer fee is for Lucas Hernández who joined Bayern in 2019 from Atlético Madrid for €80m.

No official discussions between Bayern and Frankfurt have taken place yet but there have been discussions with Kolo Muani and his management. The issue for Bayern is that offers from foreign clubs such as Manchester United will drive the price up for the Frenchman.

Earlier in the week, Bayern cooled their interest in Victor Osimhen as they saw him as too expensive and Kolo Muani fits the profile more of the type of striker that Bayern want to fill.
