Bayern Munich likely to make a bid for Harry Kane this summer

As reported by Matt Law of The Telegraph, Bayern Munich are likely to make a bid for England and Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane this summer.

According to the report, Spurs sporting director Daniel Levy will demand no less than £100m for the forward from any other English club this year. However, the price for other European and overseas clubs could be lowered.

This could tempt the likes of Bayern Munich and even Real Madrid to submit a bid of the 29-year-old. It’s clear that if Levy is to part ways with Kane, he would much rather see him playing anywhere else but the Premier League.

Kane has long been linked with a move from Tottenham Hotspur to Bayern since the departure of Robert Lewandowski last summer. The Bavarians are monitoring the forward’s situation closely and will be hoping he doesn’t extend his contract with the Premier League club.

Kane has made 412 competitive appearances for Tottenham and scored an incredible 265 goals and assisted a further 62. He is one of the best all-time Premier League goalscorers (3rd) and will become England’s all-time top scorer this year.
