Kicker report today that 28-year-old Arminia Bielefeld central defender Joakim Nilsson has been offered a long term contract with future MLS club St. Louis City.
Nilsson has played all but one Bundesliga game for Arminia this season but his current deal with the club expires in the summer.
Former Hoffenheim and Fortuna Düsseldorf goalkeeper Lutz Pfannenstiel is sporting director at the American club.
