Bundesliga side Wolfsburg have announced the return of 33-year-old forward Max Kruse from Union Berlin on a contract until 2023.
“I’ve made the decision to return to Wolfsburg because our history together isn’t over yet. I know what’s in store for me and I’ll accept the challenge,” said Kruse.
Kruse played for Wolfsburg during the 2015/16 season, scoring six and creating nine in 32 Bundesliga games.
