Bayern Munich have today announced the signing of 16-year-old Italian forward Manuel Pisano from Juventus, signing a long-term contract.
“We have been closely monitoring Manuel for a long time and are delighted to have signed a very promising striker from Italian youth football for our academy. We’re convinced that he will achieve his full sporting potential here,” said Jochen Sauer, head of Bayern’s Campus.
Holger Seitz, sporting director at Bayern Campus added: “Manuel has already demonstrated the qualities he possesses at his young age in Italy. With his physique and his callousness in front of goal, he has all the skills that characterise a successful centre-forward.”
