Speaking to Kicker, Mainz 05 forward Jonathan Burkardt hinted that his future remains open.
“In the next week or two, I will sit down with my advisor. Then I’ll think about how to proceed,” said Burkardt.
The 21-year-old has a contract until 2024 but has attracted interest from several clubs.
Burkardt has played 31 Bundesliga games for Mainz this season, scoring 10 and creating three.
