As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Serie A side Fiorentina have received offers from the Premier League and Bundesliga for Ivorian forward Christian Kouamé (24).
Brighton and Augsburg have both submitted offers for Kouamé, but the Italian side want to wait until after their UEFA Conference League playoff before deciding on his future.
Kouamé has played 82 minutes across two games for Fiorentina this season, creating one. The Ivory Coast international spent last season on loan at Belgian side Anderlecht, where he scored 13 and created 10 across all competitions.
Augsburg are actively pursuing a forward before the September 1 deadline. FCA have enquired about signing Joshua Zirkzee (21) from Bayern Munich but face competition from financially richer clubs. Interest has also been shown in Gabriel Vidović (18). Bayern would like to loan the Croatian forward within the Bundesliga.
Enrico Maaßen and Stefan Reuter are working hard to sign a forward and another name linked is RB Salzburg’s Junior Adamu (19) with discussions ongoing.
