Bundesliga side Bochum expect to collect a record transfer fee for central-defender Armel Bella-Kotchap should the 20-year-old leave in the summer, according to Kicker.
Bochum collected around €4m for Leon Goretzka in 2013 but are expecting to receive around €10m for Bella-Kotchap, who has interested several Premier League clubs.
The Germany youth international has recently switched to an English agency in order to try and engineer a move to England with Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur among clubs that have shown an interest in the last month.
Bella-Kotchap has a contract with Bochum until 2024.
