Bayern Munich bosses in agreement that the defence needs to be strengthened

Julian Nagelsmann and Bayern Munich bosses are in agreement that they need to strengthen their defence, an area that will be focused on in the transfer window, according to Sky Germany.

A player that they have identified is Bayer Leverkusen right-back Jeremie Frimpong but per Florian Plettenberg, there is no concrete contact between the parties.

Arminia Bielefeld goalkeeper Stefan Ortega has also been linked with the club, but has not yet made a decision on his future with his contract expiring at the end of the season.
