Scottish champions Rangers are interested in signing 23-year-old German midfielder Salih Özcan from Bundesliga side FC Köln on a free transfer, according to Kicker.
The Germany U21 youth international has yet to reach an agreement with FC Köln over a contract extension with his current deal running until the end of June.
Per the report, Rangers have made initial enquiries into signing Özcan, who has featured 32 times in the Bundesliga for Köln this season.
