Official | Norwich City sign Milot Rashica

Premier League Norwich City have today confirmed the signing of 24-year-old attacker Milot Rashica from Werder Bremen on a four-year contract until 2025 for a reported €11 million.

RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt, Leeds United and Aston Villa had all shown previous interest in signing the Kosovo international, who ends his 3.5 year stay at Werder Bremen.

“Milot had already come to us a while back saying that he would like to take the next step and leave the club,” said sporting director Frank Baumann. “He has undergone a strong development with us over the last 3.5 years, even if he struggled with injuries last season.

“We always said that we would be prepared to let Milot go, if our conditions were met. That’s now happened and we’re pleased with the solution. This transfer is an important step towards financial security and towards achieving our transfer goals.”

Rashica scored 27 and created 19 goals in 100 games for Werder Bremen in all competitions during his time in Germany.
