Joachim Löw names Germany squad – Jamal Musiala & Florian Wirtz included for the first time

Joachim Löw has named his Germany squad for the upcoming World Cup 2022 qualifiers against Iceland, Romania and North Macedonia to take place in March.

Goalkeepers: Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich), Marc-André ter Stegen (Barcelona), Bernd Leno (Arsenal), Kevin Trapp (Eintracht Frankfurt).

Defenders: Matthias Ginter (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Antonio Rüdiger (Chelsea), Niklas Süle (Bayern Munich), Jonathan Tah (Bayer Leverkusen), Emre Can (Borussia Dortmund), Robin Gosens (Atalanta), Marcel Halstenberg (RB Leipzig), Lukas Klostermann (RB Leipzig), Philipp Max (PSV).

Midfielders: Leon Goretzka (Bayern Munich), İlkay Gündoğan (Manchester City), Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich), Toni Kroos (Real Madrid), Florian Neuhaus (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Kai Havertz (Chelsea), Jonas Hofmann (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Jamal Musiala (Bayern Munich), Florian Wirtz (Bayer Leverkusen).

Attackers: Leroy Sané (Manchester City), Serge Gnabry (Bayern Munich), Amin Younes (Eintracht Frankfurt), Timo Werner (Chelsea).

Both Musiala and Wirtz have received their first call-up to the national team.
