Hansi Flick on his future: “Whatever decision I make, my family will support me.”

Speaking to Sky Germany after Bayern Munich’s Champions League exit to Paris Saint-Germain, head coach Hansi Flick discussed his future with the Bundesliga side.

“In general, you always think about it,” said Flick. “I think it’s all about how you can develop the team, the club. These are things that I always worry about. For me, success is a constant process and with the six titles we have simply set a benchmark. That’s why, of course, I always have the idea of always setting new challenges.

“For my family, it doesn’t matter whether I’m with the DFB or work for Bayern Munich. Whatever decision I make, they will support me. For them, it’s crucial that I enjoy the job. Therefore, no matter what my decision, they will stand behind me in everything.”
