Adi Hütter confirms interest in Andrea Pinamonti (Inter Milan)

Eintracht Frankfurt head coach Adi Hütter has confirmed that the Bundesliga club are interested in signing Inter Milan striker Andrea Pinamonti on loan.

“Sure I know him. He’s a very interesting player. But we have several candidates in mind. And of course we all want to find a striker before January 31,” said Hütter.

The Bundesliga club are searching for a replacement for Bas Dost, who left the club to join Belgian side Club Brugge with the Italian youth international one of several candidates to replace the 31-year-old.

Eintracht Frankfurt have also shown concrete interest in 19-year-old Bayern Munich forward Joshua Zirkzee. The Bundesliga champions would allow the Dutchman to leave on loan in January to gain vital first team minutes.

Fellow Bundesliga side FC Köln have also shown an interest in signing Zirkzee on loan – the young forward has played just 91 minutes of Bundesliga football across three games this season.
