According to Weser-Kurier, Werder Bremen are interested in signing 20-year-old Manchester United attacker Tahith Chong.
“Borrowing players from top clubs like this makes sense to us. Because of our situation, he’s a player who could be interesting,” said sporting director Frank Baumann.
The Dutchman played 34 minutes of Premier League football and 227 minutes of Europa League football for Manchester United this season.
If the Premier League club sign Jadon Sancho, a loan move in search of first team football would suit Chong, with Bremen showing initial interest.
