Augsburg sporting director Stefan Reuter has responded to rumours that the Bundesliga club are looking to sign Bayern Munich goalkeeper Christian Früchtl on loan.
“These rumours are completely out of thin air,” Reuter told Augsburger Allgemeine.
With Manuel Neuer being the undisputed No. 1 at Bayern Munich and the arrival of Alexander Nübel in the summer, there has been reports suggesting Früchtl will be sent out on loan with Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga clubs showing an interest.
