Borussia Mönchengladbach attacker Raffael hopes for a contract extension but admits that he doesn’t know whether or not the Bundesliga club has the Brazilian in their plans.
“It would be my wish that this would happen [a contract extension],” Raffael told Rheinische Post. “At the moment, I don’t know what will happen next and how Borussia plan with me. I would be happy if I could stay.”
The 35-year-old has a contract with the Bundesliga club until the summer whilst unnamed clubs have shown an interest.
