Bayer Leverkusen defender Panagiotis Retsos gathering interest from Serie A clubs Genoa and Cagliari, according to Kicker.
The 21-year-old Greece international has played just three Bundesliga games this season and has played just 27 in all competitions following his €17.5 million transfer from Olympiakos in 2017.
Retsos has recently stated that he wants first team football, whilst a loan move could be feasible.
