FC Köln have announced they’ve reached an agreement with Wolfsburg to sign 22-year-old midfielder Elvis Rexhbecaj on a two-year loan, subject to a medical.
“FC are expecting a second new arrival in Benidorm this evening. Midfielder, Elvis Rexhbecaj will join the club should he pass his medical on a loan deal until 2021 from VfL Wolfsburg,” the club tweeted.
Rexhbecaj was an important member of Wolfsburg’s squad last season, playing 24 Bundesliga games but following the arrival of Oliver Glasner as head coach, the midfielder has played just 111 minutes of first team football.
