Kicker report today that Mainz 05 want to extend the loan of 22-year-old Liverpool attacker Taiwo Awoniyi.
The Nigeria youth international has spent the season on loan at the Bundesliga club. Playing just 475 minutes of football, Awoniyi has impressed under head coach Achim Beierlorzer since the Bundesliga restart.
