Kia Joorabchian on Philippe Coutinho: “It’s up to Bayern whether they want to extend his loan.”

Philippe Coutinho has a desire to stay at Bayern Munich but it’s the Bundesliga club who must make the final decision, according to his agent, Kia Joorabchian.

“It’s up to Bayern Munich whether they want to extend his loan or not. We definitely have a will to stay and we have already had talks with Bayern about the coming season,” Joorabchian told Sky Sports.

The Bundesliga club have a €120 million clause to bring Coutinho to Germany on a permanent basis, with the Brazil international also courting interest from Premier League outfit Newcastle United.

Chelsea, Manchester United and Leicester City have also shown an interest in signing the Barcelona midfielder.

Joorabchian also states that Coutinho has unfinished business in the Premier League and would like to return at some point.
