Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge holds head coach Hansi Flick in high regard, who has installed the Bayern Munich identity back at the Bundesliga club.
“He has a clear game plan,” Rummenigge told Kicker. “The team is as tactically orientated as with Louis van Gaal, Jupp Heynckes or Pep Guardiola with attacking dominant ball possession football.
“An important step was that with the coach Hansi Flick, the Bayern Munich philosophy came back into the team. Hansi has an emphatic connection to the team and is doing very well in public.”
The 64-year-old also noted that Flick’s focus should lie on the Champions League tie against Chelsea without being distracted by any contract talks.
