According to Sport Bild, Kai Havertz will meet with Bayer Leverkusen bosses on Thursday and will ask them to allow him to join Chelsea.
Per multiple sources, the Premier League club are closing in on the signing of the Germany international for €80 million, with Leverkusen holding out for a higher fee.
Chelsea recently completed the signing of Timo Werner from RB Leipzig with Havertz being their next target.
