Speaking to Kicker, Jérôme Boateng has discussed his decision to stay at Bundesliga side Bayern Munich and what the future may hold for the German defender.
“I’m happy to still be at Bayern Munich,” said Boateng. “I’m enjoying football again. Contract extension? I can imagine it. My kids feel comfortable here. With Hansi Flick as head coach and with this team, it’s a lot of fun.
“I like to learn new things and don’t always have to be in the same place. USA, Asia or any other European countries? We’ll see.”
