Bayern Munich defender Jérôme Boateng is happy to remain at the Bundesliga club and could stay after impressing Hansi Flick.
“Before Hansi Flick took over as coach, I was already thinking about my future. At the moment I feel good and can imagine that I will stay. I have all my focus on Bayern Munich and the current season,” Boateng told Welt am Sonntag.
“I’m not putting myself under any pressure. My contract runs until 2021. The most important thing for me right now is what the coach says. I’ll take my time and let the rest come to me.”
