Hoffenheim are poised to sign 29-year-old goalkeeper Oliver Baumann down to a new contract, according to Kicker.
The German has a deal with the Bundesliga club until 2021, the same as No. 2 stopper, Gregor Kobel, who is currently on loan at 2. Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart.
Baumann has been Hoffenheim’s undisputed No. 1 since joining the Sinsheim club from Freiburg in 2014. With both Baumann and Kobel at the club for the 2020/21 campaign, Hoffenheim have two ‘keepers whom they can rely upon.
