According to Sport Bild, Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin have held initial discussions with Bayer Leverkusen for the transfer of 27-year-old left-back Wendell.
The Berlin side have registered their interest in the Brazilian, who has a contract with B04 until 2022.
Arsenal defender Sead Kolašinac remains at option for Bayer Leverkusen and should Wendell depart, we could see the Bundesliga side push forward with their move for the Bosnian before Monday’s deadline.
