Sport Bild report tonight that Borussia Mönchengladbach rejected an approach from Barcelona to sign forward Alassane Pléa.
The Spanish club are reported to have offered Gladbach between €40m – €50m to sign the Frenchman with injuries to Luis Suárez and Ousmane Dembélé.
Pléa has scored eight and created seven in 22 Bundesliga games for Marco Rose’s Borussia Mönchengladbach this season.
The Frenchman was deemed too important to the Bundesliga club as they chase Champions League football.
