Borussia Dortmund midfielder Giovanni Reyna has confirmed that he only thinks about playing football for the United States, despite rumours suggesting he could play for England.
“I’m aware of the rumours but it’s quite clear: I only want to play for the United States. That’s my home country,” Reyna told Ruhr Nachrichten.
The 17-year-old has played in seven Bundesliga games for Borussia Dortmund this season, as well as assisting Erling Braut Haaland’s second goal against PSG in the Champions League.
