St. Gallen manager Peter Zeidler has confirmed that 22-year-old striker Ermedin Demirovic will leave the club with Bundesliga clubs interested in signing him.
“Unfortunately he will leave us because he is still owned by Alaves he is being courted by St Étienne and a number of Bundesliga clubs,” Zeidler told L’Est Republicain.
Sky Germany have linked Freiburg with the Bosnian, who has scored nine goals in 16 Super League goals for St. Gallen this season.
A move to Freiburg is likely of course to depend on the departure of Gian-Luca Waldschmidt.
