Celtic, Newcastle United & Leeds United want Sebastian Andersson

28-year-old Union Berlin striker Sebastian Andersson is courting the interest of several British clubs with Schalke also in the race to sign the Sweden international.

According to Kicker, Newcastle United, Bournemouth, Leeds United, West Brom, Brentford and Celtic are all interested in signing Andersson, who has a release clause in the mid single-digit range.

However, should the 28-year-old leave for a club outside of Germany, Union Berlin will receive a transfer fee of up to 30 percent more. An attractive proposition and a substantial fee for a club such as Union Berlin.

With his tall frame, Andersson has impressed for Union in the Bundesliga with 13 goals and three assists in 33 games.
