Bayern Munich interested in Andrej Kramarić

According to Bild, Bayern Munich are interested in signing 29-year-old Croatian international striker Andrej Kramarić from Hoffenheim.

Per the report, Bayern sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić has made contact with the entourage of Kramarić, who would provide competition for Robert Lewandowski.

Sport1 journalist Florian Plettenberg spoke to the agent of Kramarić, who has not denied contact with Bayern Munich: “I can’t confirm that Hasan Salihamidžić has contacted me,” said Vincenzo Cavaliere.

“All I can say is that a lot of top clubs are interested in signing Andrej. But Andrej is happy in Hoffenheim and he is not in a rush to leave the club but if there was a concrete offer for him from a top club, which is also interesting for Hoffenheim, then we will speak about it.”

With less then one week remaining in the transfer window, sources contacted by Get German Football News suggest it could be a busy final few days for the Bundesliga side, who are looking to reinforce a number of positions.

UPDATE: Kramarić is pushing for a move and Hoffenheim would be open to selling the Croatian, but only for the right price. Several clubs are interested in signing the 29-year-old.
