Bayern Munich head coach Hansi Flick gathered his team council consisting of Manuel Neuer, David Alaba, Joshua Kimmich, Thomas Müller and Robert Lewandowski, to discuss transfer targets, according to Sport Bild.
The council recommended signing Juventus winger Douglas Costa, who previously played for Bayern Munich under Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti.
Costa wants to leave Juventus after playing just 283 Serie A minutes this season, whilst a loan move makes sense for all sides, with the injuries to Serge Gnabry and Kinglsey Coman.
