Sky Germany report today that Bayern Munich have reached an agreement with 19-year-old Lyon defender Melvin Bard.
The left-back has a contract with the French club until 2022 but Bayern believe they can sign the left-back for a fee between €2m & €3m.
Should the Bundesliga club commit to Bard, the youngster will play for Bayern’s second team, whom play in the 3. Liga as opposed to providing competition for Alphonso Davies, David Alaba and Lucas Hernandez, who all play left-back.
