Augsburg have exercised their €9 million purchase option to sign 22-year-old Felix Uduokhai from Wolfsburg.
The Germany youth international has spent the season on loan at the Bavarian club, playing 22 Bundesliga games and becoming an important player in Augsburg’s back four.
Uduokhai becomes Augsburg’s most expensive arrival, whilst the Bundesliga club are also working on bringing Borussia Mönchengladbach’s Tobias Strobl to the WWK Arena.
Wolfsburg confirmed the transfer on their social media on Thursday.
