Augsburg are close to reaching an agreement with Lech Poznan for the transfer of 22-year-old right-back Robert Gumny for a fee close to €3 million, according to Kicker.
The Bundesliga club announced on Wednesday the departure of Philipp Max to PSV Eindhoven for an initial fee of €8m plus a further €2m in bonuses, the German’s departure gives Augsburg the funding to pursue Gumny and other targets.
