Speaking to German outlet Spox, agent of Achraf Hakimi, Alejandro Camano, has denied claims reported by Marca that his client has signed a contract extension at Real Madrid.
“This lacks any basis. The contract with Real Madrid is still the one that we negotiated in 2017 and will run until 2022,” said Camano.
Borussia Dortmund are preparing for Hakimi’s return to Real Madrid once his two-year loan deal ends in the summer but they also remain interested in signing the Morocco international on a permanent deal.
PSG defender Thomas Meunier is another name that has been constantly linked with the Bundesliga outfit.
