Eredivisie club PSV have announced the signing of 23-year-old Stuttgart defender Timo Baumgartl for an undisclosed fee believed to be €10m.
The Germany youth international was statistically one of the best defenders in the Bundesliga last season despite Stuttgart’s relegation.
Baumgartl has signed a five-year deal.
