Hoffenheim sporting director Alexander Rosen has confirmed that Joelinton’s transfer to Premier League club Newcastle United is on the final stretch.
“We are on the home stretch, but not over the finish line. There are things in contracts and clearing processes that take more than 24 hours,” said Rosen.
Kicker expect the deal to be made official on Monday for a fee expected to be around €53 million.
