Speaking in an interview with Sky Germany, RB Leipzig head coach Julian Nagelsmann has revealed that he doesn’t have a release clause in his contract.
“I don’t have a release clause,” said the 32-year-old. “In football, there are always factors of uncertainty. It could be that Leipzig will be dissatisfied with me at some point.
“A clause is a guarantee that you can leave. I don’t have one, so I don’t have to deal with it.”
Nagelsmann has been linked with Bayern Munich but also with Arsenal, should the Premier League club dismiss Unai Emery.
