Speaking to reporters after Germany’s 6-1 thrashing of Northern Ireland, Joshua Kimmich discussed Mauricio Pochettino’s qualities.
“He’s a top manager and has done great things at Tottenham over the years,” said Kimmich. “They had great consistency with the highlight being the Champions League final. I don’t whether he’s a candidate for us but I think Hansi Flick will continue until Christmas.”
Pochettino was sacked as Tottenham Hotspur manager on Wednesday night and whilst multiple reports suggest that he’s a candidate for the vacant Bayern Munich job.
