Fortuna Düsseldorf will complete the loan signing of Sampdoria forward Dawid Kownacki early next week, according to Kicker.
The Poland international will join the Bundesliga club on an initial six-month loan deal with a €7 million purchase option.
Sampdoria Coach Marco Giampaolo has already confirmed that Kownacki will be leaving the Serie A club while the 21-year-old failed to make the squad for Sunday’s fixture against Fiorentina, suggesting a move to Germany will be imminent.
