Borussia Mönchengladbach monitor trio following Thorgan Hazard sale

Following their fifth place finish in the Bundesliga, Borussia Mönchengladbach could look to add reinforcements with the side set to play Europa League football next season.

Rheinischen Post reports that targets could include Watford’s Dodi Lukebadio, who had a successful loan spell at Fortuna Düsseldorf last season with Maximilian Philipp (Borussia Dortmund), Valentino Lazaro (Hertha BSC) and Xaver Schlager (RB Salzburg) all of interest, the latter playing under Marco Rose previously.

When asked about the club’s summer spending plans, sporting director Max Eberl stated: “We are in the middle of this and are in intensive talks with our favourite players, and we are already very far.”
